Welcome to the Mid-America Christmas Tree Association website!

The Mid-America Christmas Tree Association (MACT) is an association of the Christmas Tree Industry. Mid-America is not in competition with state or national Christmas tree associations.  Instead, we work with the state associations to host a high-quality regional trade show by having a joint meeting with Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, and Missouri on a rotating basis.

On our website, you will find information about our organization as well as upcoming events, a list of MACT Members and an application for you to join. The membership fee is only $25.00 per year, due on July 31st of each year.

Summer Meeting and Trade Show
July 24-26 2008
Welcomes IL, IN, and MO State Associations

This year’s 2008 Summer Meeting and Trade Show will be held on July 24-26, 2008 at Daniken Tree Farm, centrally located, to most members, in Greenville IL. The owners, David and Joey Daniken have kindly agreed to showcase their farm for our upcoming event and would like to encourage all members and those thinking of becoming members to attend. Daniken Tree Farm is located just 40 miles east of St. Louis MO and 5 miles west of Greenville IL. It is positioned in the heart of MACT Association territory and provides a great opportunity to travel a shorter distance to enjoy all the 2008 MACT Summer Meeting and Trade Show can offer.

This year’s events will also include the attendance of three other associations. The Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri CTA’s have all agreed to combine their summer meetings with the MACT association’s summer event. This increase in participation will make for an exciting show with great speakers, some new vendors, and some very interesting round table discussion. There will also be a drawing for seven, $50.00 prizes to help cover traveling expenses, provided by the USDA DRA. So, mark your calendars and plan to attend this year’s Summer Meeting and Trade Show, July 24-26 at Daniken Tree Farm.
